What do I need to know about Vintage Fabrics?

I do not always know the history of the vintage materials that I find. I cannot guarantee that they come from non-smoking or pet free homes. I am pretty careful when it comes to smells. If it seems to have the least bit of smoke smell I do NOT purchase or sell it. Vintage material has obviously been stored for some time, so slight stale smells are not unexpected. I do sometimes wash a vintage piece to make sure a smell will come out before I sell. If you have specific questions, please message before you order as I do not accept returns based on these factors.

When will my items be shipped?

I am a small business owner and I personally pull, cut, package, and ship each and every order.  I appreciate your business SO much.  I try to have every order out of my shop in 1-3 business days (Mon-Sat).  Once your order is packaged, I am at the mercy of the USPS schedule for pick up.  If you haven't received your fabric within 2 weeks of ordering, please contact me at BlueSnowmanFabrics@yahoo.com

Where are my items shipping from?

All items will be shipped from my studio in Indiana.

How will my items be shipped?

Shipping is SO expensive these days...ugh! I try my very best to find the cheapest way to ship.Fabric is generally shipped out by USPS. Occasionally UPS or FedEx will have better rates on large orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Message me with your address and I will figure the actual shipping costs before you order.

Can I make a change to, or cancel, my order?

Once an order has been cut, I can not make any changes or cancel the order.  Be sure to double and triple-check your items, quantities, and shipping info before hitting submit.

How is the shipping cost calculated for my order?

Shipping is calculated by total order price:

Orders $0-15   Shipping $4.15

Orders $15.01-35   Shipping $6.12

Orders $35.01-50   Shipping $ 8.15

Orders $50.01-74.99    Shipping $14.75

Orders over $75   Shipping FREE

What if my package is returned to the seller as undeliverable?

Any packages returned to the sellers that are labeled by the shipping carrier as undeliverable will be refunded when returned to the seller. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for that specific order minus a cut fee of $5.

Why isn't my order going through?

First, make sure that all of the items that are in your cart are still available on the site. If an item that is in your cart has already sold out or has been removed from the site, the order will not process. You can hit remove to delete those unavailable items from your cart.

If you are receiving an AVS error when trying to check out, that means that the billing information, or CVV number on the back of your card, that you have entered during checkout does not match the billing address that your bank or cardholder has on file for that card.

Be sure to use an up-to-date browser when looking at the site, like Google Chrome.

Can I return my order?

I don't generally accept returns, however, I want you to LOVE your fabric.  If you have an issue with your purchase please contact me within 14 days of receipt. Please contact me at bluesnowmanfabrics@yahoo.com with your order number, the item you’d like to return, and your reason.  I'll do my best to make it right!

What do I do if the item I received is damaged or defective?

I try very hard to personally inspect all the fabric that comes in and goes out of my shop.  But, I am human and sometimes miss something.  If your fabric arrives damaged or defective, please contact me as soon as possible so I can resolve the problem quickly. Please send your order number and a picture of the issue. (if applicable). As with returns, please contact me within 14 days of the purchase of your order.
